I'm in a good mood today...

Here are a few reasons why:

• I have sold 6 headbands in the last week! {and given away 1 as well, may not be a lot to some people but it is great to me!}
  
• I had a little extra mula {from working 50 HOURS last week} so I bought myself some sandals for my post-preg feet... they're still a lil chubby... {love Target}







• ...and a new shirt. {all my summer clothes are preggy from last year}





• I got to listen to some "Bat For Lashes" on the way to mail off my headbands. {2 were going to a sweet girl in Ireland... one for her and one for her new babe, to be worn at her baby's christening :) that makes me VERY happy}

• It is my last day of work for the week!!
  
• I don't have any concrete plans this weekend aka RELAX
  
• Lola now has 2 teeth and she is pretty as EVER!



• Chris is done with school this week and the softball season has begun!! Lots of fun nights at the ball park and maybe they'll win their league again this year...

I am thinking about starting a new feature...

• For a while I have been thinking it would be fun to do a

"MUSIC MONDAY"

• I know all I talk about lately is the Etsy store and Lola... ha ha So I want to start mixing things up a bit. As most of you know, I LOVE music and love to share good music with people. I am going to try and be consistent with posting a new song/band each Monday and you guys can tell me what you think.

• It could be new music or old music and I will try and mix in a few different genres for fun. Also if you would like a suggestion for a good band/artist for a certain genre, let me know and I will give you a suggestion or try and research for myself or ask peeps around me, to give you ideas!! {disclaimer: You are allowed to disagree with my taste of music, I won't believe that it isn't good ;) But you are entitled to your own opinion. }

• For this week we have an older tune... it is THE NOTWIST- PILOT. This band is from Germany and sadly I have been out of the loop on this band until a few months ago. This song is from their 2002 album "Neon Golden"

Lola's Milestone

{no this is not Lola...}

Well the little lady, princess, Lolita, baby girl got her first tooth!! My mom noticed it on Sunday and came in laughing because I had just got done telling some friends that she didn't have any. Then my mom's friend came over and she was telling her how we were waiting for her to cut a tooth. Well low and behold she put her finger in her mouth while telling her friend the above and there it was! One cute little tooth on the bottom front, the one next to it isn't far behind. I didn't even know, apparently she is teething well and isn't too fussy, since I didn't even notice. Fingers crossed that it will stay that way...

She is very shy about her new tooth and doesn't love it when I try to peek at it. But she is good to let me feel it and then she chomps on my finger. That is why this pic is not of her. {but it is that same tooth as the baby in the pic has} I don't think I would be able to get a pic of it anytime soon :) I may have been a little sad when that tooth emerged, it means my baby is growing up. I want her to stay little forever, too bad that won't happen.

Just wanted to let the bloggy world know.

I've had...... since Easters

ha ha the title of this post made me giggle all weekend. If you have seen Nacho Libre then you know what line I am referring too. If you haven't then I will spare you my potty humor :)

This weekend was a lot of fun!! I won't bore you with all the details but here are some highlights.

• Dinner at the Cheesecake Factory for my aunt Cheralyn's Birthday. {She is more like a big sister/ great friend!}
  
• BBQ/ Easter Egg hunt at my aunt & uncle's.
  
• Getting over a cold
  
• My first time teaching Relief Society in my current ward {I think it went well...}
  
• Using my new Dyson for the first time!!!!!!!!!!!!!! {I have been wanting one forever, thank you woot.com for making one affordable!}
  
• Going to the Roller Derby to watch our friends bout. It was awesome! Lola enjoyed it too and slept through some of it... I don't know how? {now Chris wants me to join! ha ha I'd break my ankle on those skates...would be fun though}
  
• Lola's first Easter {In her Easter dress from Grandma and Grandpa}
  

• Having my family over for Easter dinner, but my mom still prepared it! {She is awesome!}

Chris had to take a test online so he was strapped to the computer for a bit.

• P.S. Last weekend I cut my hair and went back to blonde :)
