So drum roll everyone.......

I know you have all been waiting with bated breath ha ha Yesterday was the big day!!! The Dr said he was 80-90% sure that it's a GIRL!!!!!!!! We are so excited!! Lola it is :) That is the sex I was rooting for. Even though I would be so so happy with a healthy baby of either sex. The polls were correct, good job guys!

When we started the ultrasound she was swimming around and flipping and having a great time so it took a few minutes for her to get into the right position. He said she growing beautifully and is probably a week bigger than where she is supposed to be, which is great but he said he is not changing my due date ha ha He was very clear about that. He said I should be able to feel her move soon since she is so active!! I can't wait!!! Here are some pics of the ultra sound. Thanks goodness the Dr can tell whats going on because I can't decipher it!

Then to top off a fabulous day... the ladies got together to celebrate Netti's belated birthday at PF Chang's!!! We love that place I guess :) It was so much fun and plenty of chatting and laughing ensued. I love these ladies. They are great friends and I have such a fun time with them!! Happy Birthday again Netti!!!

P.S. I would also like to thank Sindee for coming because as she says, she always enhances the "asian experience" by being there ha ha

Easter Weekend!

We had a great weekend! It was weird to have Easter so early but I was happy to have it. Easter is a fun and special holiday. It gives us another way to remember the atonement of Jesus Christ and all that he does and has done for us. We are so lucky to have the atonement, what a great blessing. Ok so here is a re-cap of the weekend. Of course our camera battery was dead and I forgot to recharge the battery and take some fun pics. So this is a boring text entry haha





Friday- Chris, Coop, and I headed down to Payson. Dropped of the dog and met Devin and Lisa in Springville for dinner at Joe Bandito's, an excellent Mexican restaurant! We then went back to their place and played x box and chatted the night away. A fun time indeed and we finally got to meet their cute dog, Chino. What a sweetie he is!





Saturday- Slept in!!!!!!!! Mom and Dad had made a delicious breakfast! I ate like a fat girl {as usual} and got ready for the day. We all headed to Uncle Brad and Aunt Jan's house for a BBQ and Easter egg hunt. The food was great and the company was even better! I love being around my family. They are awesome! It was fun also because since I am starting to show, everyone was loving the tummy and all excited that we get to find out the sex this week! All the little kids got great treats and grandma made her famous cup cakes and peanut butter chocolate covered eggs!!! YUMMY!





Then my sweet mummy took me to the Provo Towne Center mall and bought me and Easter dress or two at the only store I will be seeing for a while... Motherhood Maternity haha Ok not the only, but one I will frequent more often! We had a fun time. Later that night we all went out to eat some yummers Chinese food at a place in Payson.





Sunday- We got our Easter baskets full of treats and ate some more yummy breakfast. Then it was off to church. It was fun to see friends I haven't seen in a while at the home ward and my mom participated in the Easter program :) Then we had a great Easter dinner of ham, mashed potatoes and gravy, asparagus!, green salad, and strawberry shortcake!





I love being able to relax and spend time with the family, especially during the holidays!!!





Lastly here is a pic of my new do! I needed a change for spring and because... who am I kidding... I always have to change my hair every few months!! I tried out a new hair girl {Tara} and she was awesome. So anyone up this way that may be looking for a great hair stylist... let me know :)

This is such an amazing movie!!!!!!!!! It is so touching and sweet and real. The soundtrack is the best thing ever as well. Just listen to the music on the trailer and you will understand. If you haven't seen this movie, it is a must see :) I almost cry everytime I hear the music... I am such a sap!

15 weeks!!

So I am now 15 weeks and I decided to add my first "pregnant belly picture" ha ha Mind you, in this photo it looks even bigger than it is because apparently pregnancy causes my back to arch immense amounts more than it used to, causing the following: a more bubbly ghetto bootie and a forced "bigger than should be" pregnant belly... oh well. My arm is totally blocking the full curve effect, sorry... I am enjoying starting to look a little pregnant. But I still just look like I eat too many treats and have a gut! ENJOY!

The other day my Mom instant messaged me and said that their new dog Andy's ear was sticking up and the other one wasn't. She asked if I thought it would stay that way. I told her that the wild ear will probably calm down or the other one will catch up but that she should definitely send me a picture of the lop-sided ears. Just look at this cute little guy. When I got this pic, it reminded me so much of little baby Cooper. I think Andy looks a lot like Cooper as a young pup. :)

Spontaneous girls night

It was so much fun this weekend to hang out with Brit, Sindee, and Jeanette. Brit text me to see if Chris and I were going to watch the New Nervous play in Logan, we had wanted to but when it came down to it, it was going to be a really long drive to see them and Portugal the Man and have to sit through 3 other bands that we didn't want to see and Chris forgot he had a small paper to write. So we were teetering on not going but then Brit invited me to go to the Gateway with her and Sindee. Chris, being the sweetie that he is, said "Go and have fun babe, if I decide to go to the show, I will go alone". Well it didn't take much convincing. Plus the girls were meeting at the Gateway to eat at Happy Sumo and we all know how I feel about Happy Sumo ha ha

On the way to the mall Nutter text me and told me she was coming too!! What a fun little girls night! So we tried to get into Happy Sumo, sadly the wait was 1 hour and 40 minutes {don't go to Happy Sumo on weekends or the night of a Jazz game} We decided to try Thaifoon. They had around an hour wait, so we looked around some stores and ended up eating at Thaifoon. That place is awesome as well. I really like their food. After dinner we headed over to Barnes and Noble and scavenged through the books. It was so much fun and was nice to have a mellow night with the ladies. Thanks for a fun night girls!

Boring blog!

Ok so I know I have been very boring lately and i apologize for that ha ha I guess I haven't taken many pictures lately or I haven't been doing too much fun schtuff!

This week has been pretty mellow... Last night was very fun though. Jeanette, Jesse (her boyfriend), and I went and ate at Happy Sumo. It had been way too long since I had eaten there. In all honesty, I could eat there again tonight and be completely content!! I love that place!!! I was very proud of Jeanette, she ate sushi at Happy for the first time. {she has eaten a little sushi before but never at Happy} It was a success too! She loved it! She got the Vegas, wrapped with soy paper, which takes out a lot of the fishy taste and weird texture. I got my usual and of course we ordered edemame. Very tasty indeed.

After that Jesse took off and we browsed the mall. We found lots of cute things at Urban, realized we were not willing to pay what they were charging and left empty handed. But I was very proud of us ha ha

So a fun night was had and I went home and watched LA Ink. Thank heavens for DVR!!! I love that show! Moral of the story: a very fun night and if any of you wanna go to Happy Sumo, call me, I will join you for sure!!!

Yes it snowed again...

This weekend was a lot of fun! Friday night we went to the New Nervous show at Kilby Court and hung out with all our buds. I was excited because Jeanette was able to make it. Here are some pics of us goofing off while helping with the merch booth when the guys watched the other bands that were playing.

Silly ladies

Friday night 3 of the guys from the band slept at our house since they were playing in Logan the next night. Saturday we took them to eat at Doug and Emmy's in Layton. I think it was a hit. We love those guys and were happy to have them stay the night.

Later that day we headed to my parents in Payson to hang out with the family. It was my mom's birthday on Sunday. Saturday night we went to eat a yummy mexican dinner with the family in Springville and Sunday we hung out and had yummy family dinner. Not to mention we got to play with my parents cute, new puppy- Andy!!! He is precious and I loved him. Cooper on the other hand, didn't quite know what to think of the little yapping and snapping pup. It was funny to watch him get mad at Andy and then turn around and do the same thing to Baby, my parents other dog ha ha Here is cute lil Andy, he is a Yorkie.
